So I ordered a Silver 265GB iPhone X on11/12 at an AT&T store. Was given the shipping dates of 12/4-12/11. My status is still “in progress”. Anyone gotten any updates ordering this late?

11/12 order date.
iPhone X 256gb
estimated ship date 12/11-12/18
as of today Thursday 11/30 “in progress”
My Son ordered same phone at Verizon. His is arriving per UPS ship notification at his House 12-01. Verizon did not know this. Only UPS and Apple did.
