I’ve been in Spain for the last 6 days. I’m on a deployment.

Hi!

I still have not been assisted in unlocking my iPhone.
IMEI number has been given to them 8 times.

Please let me know so I can move on. Ethier I need to purchase a new phone here in Spain so I can have service, and when I come back to the states I will move to a new carrier.
I have traveled all over the world and When I was with Sprint, I never had this issue. This is ridiculous that I continuously have to beg for help from a service in which I pay handsomely on time every month.
It has been 6 days of me calling ATT going back and forth re explaining and then being promised the issue will be resolved.
It has not been resolved in the last 6 days I’ve been waiting with OUT a PHONE.
Please help.

I also sent my orders in 3 times,  ATT still has Failed to place my service on hold and unlock my phone for the past month.

I’m very disappointed with the company as a whole.
