Never received credit for traded in iPhone

I started a new mobile plan with AT&T in November and traded in an iPhone 6 after purchasing a new phone at the Porter Square At&T store in Cambridge, MA. I was told by the representative at this store that I would receive a credit to my account within 1-2 billing cycles. It has been 5 months and I have not received any credit. I have contacted the store via phone and in person multiple times and they have not provided a resolution, they just say that they have to ask someone else about it and will get back to me which they never do. The representative at the store refused to give me a receipt when I traded in the phone so I have no way to track the status other than to reach out to people at AT&T who have been completely useless. I will never use AT&T again to trade in older phones after being lied to, ignored, and ripped off
