I would like to file a fraud report with your firm since they overcharged by $30 on my first internet bill, which I recently got. Cameron, the representative who visited my house, informed me that I would be eligible for a discount on my services because my daughter is a teacher. Upon reaching out to Cameron, he informed me that it would appear in my subsequent billing period. Upon reaching out to AT&T directly, they acknowledged that they were unaware of his mistake and that the correction had been made.

Cameron mentioned a promotion when he talked about the Internet service, therefore I also have cell phones with your firm. Cameron told me that we had moved to AT&T and that he would need to return our phones in order for our services to be free. We also received a $400 gift card in the mail. Additionally, according to Cameron, our monthly price for both phone lines would be $160.After two days of trying to contact Cameron by phone and text without getting a response, I tried to reach him again on the third day, and his phone is now disconnected. 

I also have cell phones with your company due to a promotion that Cameron stated when spoke about the Internet service. Cameron stated to me that we switched our services over to AT&T that our phones would be free and he would have to turn in our phones, and we also received a $400 dollar gift cards in the mail.  Cameron also stated that our bill would hundred and sixty dollars a month for one line.  I tried to reach Cameron by text and voice for two days with no response and on the third day his phone is now disconnected.so, I contacted AT&T customer service to inquire as to why the cost increased after a month of owning the phones. The representative told me that Cameron had misled us and that your firm had never run a campaign like this. She also said she did not have a representative named Cameron working for you.

I find it really unsettling that someone came into my house representing your company and now has obtained my personnel information and set up internet and phone connections with your business. Since this is so concerning, I feel compelled to report. Additionally, I think it's important to alert my friends, family, and coworkers about this scam.

I’ve had recent similar with bill increase and hacking into my internet. AT&T stated that they don’t deal with this. I filed a report with the FTC. As much as I pay , and the years I’ve been a customer,  all I receive is higher costs. Right now the cable from my wall is frayed very badly and I’ve gone through per se two-three routers. I hope AT&T resolves your issues because they have not with mine and I would like to stay with them, I’m elderly and I never received any kind ‘card’ with any money-including my new fiber optic internet change???
