Preorder through Premier site is not loading

I have been trying unsuccessfully since 3:00 AM to do a preorder. I have a business discount so I am in the Premier website. I am eligible for the upgrade, I select iPhone 6s and it takes me to the order page but with no details. At the top I see "Loading Device Details, Please wait". No amount of waiting produces details. I have tried 3 different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE). I have tried Safari on my existing iPhone. I have tried using the myAT&T app both through my own wifi signal and over LTE. I have tried logging out and back in multiple times. I have tried loading the page over and over again. Everything I do gives me exactly the same results. At this point I am going to be very frustrated if I am not able to get a release day phone since the AT&T won't let me get the contract I want by ordering from Apple, and AT&T's site simply doesn't work for me.

As an additional note that I forgot to mention: I am able to load the order details page for the iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus just fine. Its only the two new phones that I can't order.

This site just loops me back into the premier site I was already at.  NOT a solution for the error.
