If you are the account holder or an authorized user you can retrieve the unlock code set up for your mobile device online. When logged into your myAT&T account you will select:

• My Plans, Devices, Services.
• Select the line needed.
• (+) to expand Manage device.
• Unlock SIM using unlock key.

In the event you don’t have access to the account, the primary owner has the ability to add authorized users when signed in under their personal credentials. When completed, authorized users have permission to make limited changes.
