Scam Phone Calls
Recently upgraded to iPhone XS and past week getting at least 100 calls a day from overseas International callers w spam messages or asking for account information or other information such as banking. I use AT&T Call Protect as per AT&T Tech Help but still calls coming in every hour. Upgraded apparently from Samsung. Never had this problem with that phone. How do I stop this? The Government Do Not Call List doesn't help.

If you receive unwanted robocalls just hang up.
We have blocked more than 4 billion unwanted robocalls using analytics systems. While many customers use AT&T Mobile Security, and AT&T Call Protect - occasionally some robocalls get through.
