Unlock 2g/3g iphone
I requested to unlock the phone twice through the unlock device portal but it was denied. Reason being was IMEI provided is not an ATT IMEI. The carrier for the phone is ATT. Please help!

What model iPhone? If it is old, ATT seems to have purged their imei data base of older models. You may need to file an FCC complaint.

If it is the original iPhone, it can’t be unlocked.

Apple no longer supports the first iPhone. Even if At&t approves you for unlocking, you cannot complete the unlock with Apple servers.
