voice in call can not be heard

While making a phone call the person on the other end of the line is un able to hear me but I am alble to hear them perfectly clear. I do not believe the microphone is messed up because when I do a test on the voice memo app or on a video my voice is picked up as it should be. Is there anything that could be causing me to not be heard just while making a phone call

Hello @LandonCoufal,

I can definitely understand how this has become a cause of concern for you. I’d be more than happy to help you get this fixed.

I recommend our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool; it’s a super useful tool you can use to resolve multiple issues! To use this, pick your device and go to Phone Calls under Service/network issues. A resolution will be given to you once all the questions are answered.

Resetting your network settings also helps when trying to fix network related issues. This can be done by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Your device will automatically restart once it is finished; you will also need to re-enter your Wi-Fi password to reconnect to your wireless networks.

Removing and reinserting your SIM card is another good way to refresh your device’s connection to our service. For instructions on how to do this, visit our Device Support Tool. Just like above, choose your device; then go to View All Solutions > About your device > Insert SIM. Ensure your phone is completely powered off before removing the SIM.

I hope you have a great rest of your week!
