adding cell booster to the app

I had to reset my cell booster for troubleshooting.  During the process I deregistered it from the app and reset the cell booster.  When I try to add it back in the app it indicates the serial number is already activated and will not let me go further.

The cell booster itself is working now, but I can not add it to the app.

@blevisnon  You probably de-registered/re-registered too quickly and there are conflicting requests in the system. Give it a few days and try again.  Read my Cell Booster Tech Guide, the first link in my sig line, for information on the Cell Booster.

Agreed with @OttoPylot ...

If you de-register your microcell, it can take up to at least 24hrs for de-reg to set. AT&T is also experiencing network issues at the moment that can delay the process let alone normal cellphone operations.

They are being hosed after a software update to their networks that didn't take well especially down in the S.E regions like I am in. Luckily, Wi-Fi calling via a separate network is sustaining me at the moment. However, expect even normal text, SMS, calls and internet services to be a bit broken in the exact moment.

Edit: @blevisnon Welcome to the group.
