Microcell replacement

I have been a customer with at&t for 20 years. We moved into our house 12 years ago and our cell reception was pretty much non existent. I called at&t customer service, they looked up my area and how far away the nearest cell tower was, it was almost 3.5 miles away. They offered a free microcell and I was amazing, but they did away with them when they went to 5g. I just saw a post about how at&t was suppose to send us a free replacement for our microcell when it stopped being supported on 5g, they never did, our phones cannot receive calls and I have to reset my phone each time I was to send a text message. I call customer service and was told I had to purchase a cell booster for over $200 and one representative actually told me to switch carriers if I didn't want to buy a booster and that they no longer supplied them for free. I also have 3 phones on this account, all purchased at the same time, 1 is showing paid off and eligible for an upgrade and the other 2 have balances owed. I'm not sure if at&t messed up but if 1 is paid off, they all should be, they were all purchased at the same time. I've never had this problem before with at&t, they have always provided me with excellent customer service but recently they have been less then helpful. has anyone else experienced any of this? any suggestions on what I should do?

@ngirting  When the Cell Booster was released, which is what the new MicroCell is called, there was some free Cell Boosters sent to previous owners of the MicroCell but not all. However, that program expired well over a year ago. The Cell Booster is still a femtocell, like the MicroCell was, but is now LTE only, not 5G.

So, what is the issue? You not getting a free, LTE only Cell Booster or your account billing?
