Appreciation for AT&T's Internet Air Fair Pricing and Customer Benefits in a Cox controlled area

Dear AT&T Team,

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for AT&T's commitment to offering high-speed internet at a fair price. As a recent customer who switched to AT&T's new Internet Air wireless home internet plan, I have been thoroughly impressed with both the quality of service and the affordability of your offerings.

What truly sets AT&T apart is the consideration given to existing customers, such as myself, through the $20 discount for Internet Air. This gesture of appreciation is commendable and speaks volumes about AT&T's dedication to customer satisfaction.

I recently made the decision to switch to AT&T after experiencing frustration with Cox Communications. My bill for Cox's 500mbps plan increased from $71/mo to $106/mo within one month, without any notice or explanation. When I inquired, I was told a promotion on my account had ended, and I was offered a new promotion that only reduced the cost to $90/mo. This experience highlighted the importance of fair pricing and transparent communication, qualities that AT&T clearly values.

I believe that more people should be aware of the benefits of Full Wireless Internet (FWI) solutions like Internet Air. By offering an alternative to traditional cable and DSL internet connections, AT&T is empowering customers to make informed choices and move away from companies that may hold monopolies in certain areas.

Thank you once again for providing a reliable and fairly priced internet service in an area that is primarily controlled by one internet provider. I look forward to continuing my partnership with AT&T and hope that more individuals will discover the advantages of FWI in the future.

Sincerely,

A Satisfied Customer

The idea of promotional price vs standard price, and yearly price increases is a way of life everywhere.  You got your honeymoon period which is nice for now.
