New Customer/ Service Order

I placed an order on my phone to receive service and on the final page, I hit submit, but it seemed to hit a snag. It loaded up telling me to go back to the cart and resubmit and the issue should be fixed. I did what it said, but it said nothing was in my cart. I got an email with an order number and information telling me when my order should arrive, but when I log into my new account, it does  not even show an order was ever placed. I am trying to make sure my order was actually placed, so I can get setup as soon as possible. I also wanted to go ahead and placed some advance payments on my account, but once again it does not even show an order was ever placed on my account despite receiving the confirmation email of when my order will arrive with the order number. I tried doing the live chat, but it is not working at the moment. Right now, that is how I have to communicate.
