Address issue for internet installation.

All my neighbors addresses are serviceable for internet and mine is not. The construction crew that ran the cables installed all necessary equipment at the same time as my neighbors and I have no clue why theirs is available and I cannot get uverse. I am wondering if this has to do with an address issue with my home, if possible I'd like to open an address validation case with at&t but can't get anyone to initiate over the phone.
