Address validation that has been here 16 plus yrs & neighbors have internet

I Was told to make an address validation case, I just don’t see how it makes sense that all my neighbors have internet but I can’t get it at my home. And grandparents were at same address for over 16 yrs. Technician said my address was ready it's been a year since anyone's lived here. How can an address that's always been with bell south & now at&t have no address. When this was also a business address. Both. Especially when technician said a slot was open for this address. You need to come look at the wiring and boxes are side ways on our road. It's awful. Still has bell south on it technician also said its a mess at end of this rd that they need to redo. So what's the issue here. You can clearly see this address always had service.  Was just seeing if it’s possible I could still get this service back on

Good afternoon @Saketchie,

I understand how important it is to have internet. In this day and age it can be very difficult to not be connected. I’ll be happy to share some information.

There are several reasons why a residence may have had service in the past but no longer does. Without knowing the specifics of your neighborhood I could not answer as to why this is the case.

Follow this link to check availability. This will have the most up to date information if an address is capable of getting service.

I hope this answers your question. Have a lovely day!

It does on business internet but won't for regular. I just asked to have this evaluation on address. You did not answer any question that was not already answered in first question. It waste my time. When there's a slot opened through maintenance than its open. It's on at&t end.
