AT&T HIGH PROFILE FACILITY
For lack of a better forum I chose this one. If it needs to be moved please do so.
I did a 811 locate for some upcoming landscaping and received an email from AT&T stating I have a "AT&T HIGH PROFILE FACILITY" on my property. Anyone know exactly what this could be? I have a pedestal in my yard and that's it. I wouldn't consider that high priority, especially since most of the pairs are dead and AT&T is not supporting POTS/DSL in my area any longer.

AT&T locate guy showed up. The "high priority facility" is fiber in my neighbors yard.

Still have no idea as AT&T never showed up for the locate. Updated my ticket for AT&T as a no show. To be fair, Comcast never showed up either (electric and NG did).
