ATT INTERNET IS AWFUL

I have had internet through ATT for a little over a week and literally every 15 to 30 minutes my internet is down. I should have went with spectrum. Now they want to charge me $100 for fixing the jack that they just placed in my home a week ago.

It’s fantastic Att can diagnose a bad Ethernet jack over the phone.

If there’s an issue with the installation, there should be no fee.  

Any measure of service needs to be done isolating the gateway from home networking equipment.  Ideally using an Ethernet wired computer to do the test.  This will make getting attention and focus on a service request much easier to do.  

If there are issues or concerns about WiFi, then say so.

Ok so your whole post is about WiFi (which was not stated at all in the initial post). Do you have the same issues when connected wired to the Gateway? The jack wouldn't be the problem if only WiFi is having issues.

Want to make sure the issue is narrowed down so you get the correct fix.
