AT&T Private Property Easements
AT&T ran a DSL Internet line on my property without purchasing an easement to or through my property without my permission and AT&T came on my private property and ran internet line across my property without my permission and without purchasing easements.
I am requesting that AT&T provide me a signed copy of the Easement agreement allowing AT&T to come on and through my property to run internet lines to other individuals and any signed agreement allowing AT&T installers and maintenance Crews to Trespass on my property to service AT&T equipment for other individuals that were under contract with your company.
Provide any and all communication advising me the property owner that AT&T was going to access my property to install equipment to other individuals through my property. I would also request a certified copy of the date and time that AT&T installed their equipment through my property to provide Internet Services without purchasing or compensating the property owners for easements to reach and install AT&T equipment to other individuals.
I hope that we can resolve this matter without taking this issue through legal channels to receive a resolution to this issue because I am quite sure that I am not the only one that has this issue with AT&T.

You have posted on a PUBLIC message board and your message (phone number) will be edited by the moderators.
You need to check with your city/county and find out where the UTILITY EASEMENT falls on your property. If, in fact, any utility has worked OUTSIDE the designated utility easement, then you can make a claim.

THey have did the same to me..it started with one small phone box, then they added another bigger box. now they have added 2 more big boxes for internet.. they dug lines across my yard did a terrible job filling them in. next to the boxes which were near a ditch the overflow from their digging filled in the ditch and it no long drains , leaving standing water for weeks after a rain. with all these boxes, it has devalued the lot to a point that I dont know if I could ever be able to sell. this property.

AT&T also installed a DSL box on our businesses property a few years ago (which was abandoned.) and we'd like it removed. How or who do we contact to get this resolved? It's such an eye sore.
