Broadband Gateway Setup

Hi! I’m having trouble getting past the “get started screen” for wifi setup. It gets to about 30% loaded on the smart home manager app, but won’t move any further. I have called 3 different numbers and chatted with 2 different experts or virtual aids. Each of them have either suggested unplugging and replugging in the device (which I have) or have rerouted me to a dead end resource. I have been told that they may need to send an expert to set up the router, but not how to actually get in touch with them. This has been going on for three days now. I am about to cancel my subscription before I even get the wifi set up.
