Building a fence with gate over utility easement
I am the VP of an HOA and we are needing to install a fence with a gate that would run about 8 feet across an ATT utility easement. Who do we contact about this at ATT? When I search I find posts about the same thing from 5+ years ago but nothing current or even recent. I just need to be able to talk to a real person about it and get their input.
