Complaint

We have been mostly pleased with our home internet service from ATT through the years. This week we ordered a second internet service for our condo. The Gateway was delivered and we were instructed to plug the Gateway into the internet jack. However, our condo has no internet jack. When we contacted ATT they scheduled a tech to install yesterday between 4-8 p.m. We received texts from ATT reminding us of the pending appointment. Then at 7 p.m., we received a text that the tech would likely be after 8 and we were given the option of waiting on the tech or rescheduling. We opted to wait on the tech. The tech did not arrive and we were not notified. When I contacted ATT as soon as the office opened this morning, we were told it was written up as a "missed" appointment. Our Smart App showed we were stilled scheduled for an appointment in "0 days." So I asked the representative how soon the tech could be here and we were offered 8-12 on Easter morning...which doesn't work for us. As of now we are scheduled for 8 days from now, and we asked to be put on a waiting list for installation. Come on ATT! You can do better than this.

What does that mean exactly?  Are you attempting have a second internet account at your condo?

We have ATT at our primary home.  We added a second account for our condo which is for a temporary work assignment in a different state.

Completely understand the frustration on the tech not arriving. This has happened to me more than once. I would definitely let them know how upset you are, as you MIGHT get a discount on your monthly services (if you're like me you like any deal you can get).
