Dangerous Driver

I was driving in Deland on Internation speedway on 12/18/2018 at 3:00pm. The driver was on his laptop in front of the wheel while driving! Plus he was also on his phone. He was all over the road and made me angry. I have a picture of the back of the drivers can, including his license plate. He was a white male that looked to be about 60+
