Digging in our yard again

Unbelievable your company is on our yard again messing stuff up breaking pipes and cutting through your own wire and now is next door going under our neighbors driveway with machines. My husband had to pay out of pocket two weeks ago for AT&T coming in our yard and us not having AT&T with another company and busting our pipes and even going through their own AT&T wires, if someone can please contact us back regarding the situation and giving us a real confirmation number we need to speak with someone real because this is unbelievable. We are having to pay out-of-pocket for damages that y’all are making.

Hey there @d_luna21

I personally would recommend you reach out to our Buried wire center at 800.924.9420 - When dialing make sure to press #2 when asked if you need billing or the buried wire center. The office that handles any buried wire requests is currently closed, Give them a call tomorrow morning and make sure you explain to them that these damages were not done by you but rather the techs out there and they should be able to help you submit a damage claim. Click Here for more information on how to file a damage claim and track the status of it online.

For damage to yards, plants, or bushes, please call the BWIRE group at

  • 800.924.9420, prompt 2.
  • Hours: 7:30 am - 6 pm ET (Monday - Friday).
  • If the claimant is not an AT&T customer, then call the Telco Repair Group at 866.410.7414.
  • Email:  bwire@att.com.
  • www.mysedgwick.com - Track Claims

I hope this helps,

Hunter

Oh no keep all those receipts. I work for AT&T and there is no way that you guys should’ve been coming out of the pocket for anything if AT&T comes on your property if there is an easement, they do have the right to dig but they do have to inform you and let you know and also they’re supposed to leave your property the same way they left it or the same way they saw it before they start the work so if they’re damaging things on your property, you need to immediately speak to their foreman or the supervisor and file a claim you definitely can get your money back. All you need to do is file a claim but you need to take pictures. You need to get cards from anytime someone comes on your property and starts doing any kind of digging or work  Don’t even let them start until you get cards and names from the people take their license plate numbers on the vehicles that are on the property. Take video do all of that because when you do file a claim the more information that you have the better offer you will be and if you have ring cameras, and things like that or your neighbors do that’s even better .
