Fiber installation huge problem!

I am VERY upset about the vendor that you have hired to install fiber cable in our neighborhood. Not only have they not communicated anything to myself or my neighbors, they have completely destroyed my lawn snd also just threw huge piles of dirt on my new azaleas, burning them and they will surely die. They also left two very large holes in my back yard completely open and I have a 21 month old son who could easily fall in them. This is so dangerous and irresponsible!! I have called AT&T to complain and only received a call two days later from a nice technician, but he had nothing he could do to help the situation. This is completely unacceptable! This construction company is a reflection of your buddy and myself and my neighbors are not inclined to switch to using your services at all as you clearly don’t care about your customers. I am even looking into taking legal action as there has been much damage along with the dangerous situation that was left in my back yard for now over 2 weeks!

I have already tried to reach out to your custom support to get my concerns addressed and was basically just told they would talk to someone. I felt like my concerns have been completely disregarded! Then after doing this, the vendor that AT&T hired messed up my lawn and backyard even more! I do not have a AT&T account and after this disaster, have no plans to sign up for anything. I don’t care if you have fiber installed in our neighborhood now. If this is how you treat people, this is not a company I want to work with. I would appreciate a direct line to call someone who has some power in your company and can actually take action. I will be posting this on social media.

@KHoff280  you have received everything AT&T will say about your post in the previous comment from ATThelp.  No telephone number will be posted here for you to call other than possibly the same numbers you'd get at the Contact Us link already provided.
