Fiber optic line service
My fiber optic line runs from a pole across the street. It is not exceptionally low but every week our garbage truck hits the wire. I called internet service to see about getting the line raised only to have a representative relentlessly try and upgrade my service. He would not direct me to the right channel to see about getting the line raised and kept double talking me until I just hung up. I have searched the website here and cannot find a contact to report this issue to. Can anyone help?
