Fix what you broke
If you can't figure out how to provide acceptable and reliable internet services you claim to provide and for which we've faithfully spent hundreds even thousands on, please fix our sidewalk you just ruined. We had no idea your fix would involve having an exposed cable running through our yard for weeks, but it did. We had no choice but to let you did up our yard and bury it. The person who tore up the sidewalk didn't bother to put it properly back on its place. My husband has been on hold with your stellar company going in to a second hour of his time, and that's just today. He has spent countless hours being very patient with this company and has remained loyal. Now we are left with a dangerous sidewalk and a worker who is flat out refusing to fix. This is beyond unacceptable. The sad part is I see complaint after complaint and conclude you don't care to fix much of anything. I really hope you reconsider you're customer service attitude in this case. I've contacted local news media and our attorney in this matter. We had better hope nobody is injured tripping over that ledge. We've got a young child and lots of children in the neighborhood, as well as elderly individuals who visit regularly. What a horrible thing you've done, not only can you not manage to figure out internet connectivity issues, you've gone and made out home and neighborhood dangerous. As I've written this my husband is on his third person with your company unwilling to help. If I didn't already mention it your technician was unbelievably rude and dismissive. I

You need to contact ATT directly about property damage.
Since sidewalks are installed by your town Dept of public works, get them involved.
