horrible job installing ATT fiber

This installation was done at my house some time ago. I should have complained long ago but never got around to it.
What you see below are what the "technician" did when installing the fiber at my house. This is in the city of ann arbor.
1. the existing CONCAST XFINITY cable inside the house was cut. No need for that but who cares right?

2. First he tried to fit the ATT cable through the existing COMCAST hole in the window. He wasn't able to, so he drilled another hole (and then he silicon plugged them both).

3. The outside of the house also shows that he cut the incoming COMCAST cable going in. I guess he didnt' think I had no use for it (but what about future owners?)

4. The ATT fiber was threaded THROUGH the existing phone cable. I supposed he could have cut that as well...

This is SHODDY WORK.

I do not know what recourse I have at this point but I would appreciate an explanation and a attempt to remedy the situation. I don't have many options at my disposal, I can file a complaint with BBB and see escalation through the Michigan AG office.

Please advise.

You should have filed a complaint sooner. When we get any work done around our house we watch what they are doing, or certainly inspect it before they leave. That would have been the time to resister your displeasure. Waste of time registering a complaint with the AG. They have more important things to do.

You can file an online complaint with the BBB but they will forward it to AT&T Upper Management and someone should contact you. Maybe they'll give you a one-time credit for your inconvenience. Maybe not.
