Internet air connection

Set up internet air today and its was working fine all day. Tonight it stopped... Can't get any assistence

We understand that you're having trouble with your Internet Air hub. We hear you, and happy to assist you.

We recommend that you try resetting your Internet Air hub by holding down the reset button on the back of the hub for 10 seconds. This will erase all settings and data on the hub, so you’ll need to set it up again from scratch.

If the issue is still persists, we have a dedicated team for AT&T Internet Air, and we recommend that you connect with our AT&T Internet Air customer service team at 800.288.2020. They are available Monday to Friday 07:00am-09:00pm CT and Saturday-Sunday 08:00am-09:00pm CT.
