Internet Air/Smart Home Manager

I installed a replacement hub for Internet Air and went through the set up procedure on the app, but it repeatedly failed the signal quality test. The installation was completed and internet is working fine, but I can't exit the set up screen and go to monitoring. I re-installed the app, but it still displays the setup screen. How do I dismiss the setup screen?

Hello @HarryK72! We understand that you're having trouble with the setup screen on your Internet Air hub. We hear you, and happy to assist you.

 

We recommend that you can try to dismiss the setup screen, with the below steps:

  1. Open the Smart Home Manager app and tap on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select “Manage Devices” from the menu.
  3. Find your Internet Air hub in the list of devices and tap on it.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select “Remove Device”.
  5. Confirm that you want to remove the device by tapping “Remove”.

After removing the device, you should be able to exit the setup screen and go to monitoring. If you’re still having trouble, you can try resetting your Internet Air hub by holding down the reset button on the back of the hub for 10 seconds. This will erase all settings and data on the hub, so you’ll need to set it up again from scratch.
