Internet "Appointment Delayed," no ETA

I've already had two technicians come out and say that "more work needs to be done". Tech support is not helpful and tell us we just need to just wait. We are two people who work from home, we cannot just wait. Going on 4 days with no Internet and we're ready to cancel this new service. How can I get this escalated?

You cannot, go to a different service if available while waiting.

As all providers will have problems p, with both of you working from home it is recommended to have two different ISPs for when either has a problem you can still have service.

Local cable company or any of the companies offering 5G Home Internet, or satellite internet from StarLink.

Depending on what works need to be done determine if in-house tech work or need a local contractor.

examples can include damaged line, missing line, missing terminal or wiring needing to be buried / bored to your address.

Speed tier ordered? 300 or greater is fiber service while 100 or less is copper xDSL service.

Sounds like appointment for installing a new services. That would most likely mean there's an issue engineering needs to deal with. ETR could be weeks in that case.
