Since you have already performed the IP address ping step. we can try more. you can initiate with checking the network connection. sometime the connectivity fade.

1)You need to go control panel> Network and internet>Network and sharing centre. Notice how the Access is Local and Internet. If it just said “Local” then you do not have a valid network address.

2)This brings me to my next point. Make sure that you have a valid IP address on your network. You can check this out by going to View Status  in wireless connection status Tab and then to Details, you can check your IP address and verify your DNS Server IP addresses.

3)Verify your IP address and DNS are in correct order.

4)Ping the IP address of host you are trying to reach.

5)Using nslookup command in cmd to check the DNS server is being used with nslookup.

You can also use nslookup to compare the responses from different DNS servers by manually telling it which DNS server to use.

6) Make sure the your DNS settings are configured to pull DNS IP from DHCP server.

You may need to change to “Obtain DNS server address automatically” in order to get a new DNS server IP.

7) run command on cmd- ipconfig/release & ipconfig/renew

8)contact your isp.

Hope these help. Smiley Happy
