Junk company

Loyal customers for years, new neighbor moves in so they unhook our service and tell us ports are full going on a week now and nothing done about it. I wouldn’t go back to this crooked company if they paid me to.

Sounds like internet, not cell service.

@Klg23b

From your description it sounds like you are talking about internet, not wireless (cell phone).

Sure the tech messed up but that doesn't make it a crooked company. Saying nothing can be done because ports are full, I suspect they have to kill service for you or the new neighbor and agents are not wanting to be the one to make that call.

I would definitely file a BBB complaint. Though no fault to the neighbor, if ports are full then I think they should return your service and inform the new customer they messed up and refund them. But that is just my opinion.

Thanks and yes I commented on wrong topic I believe but they can keep it. We’re just going to switch they haven’t done anything about it and have tried to tell us every time it’s something on our end they don’t care so we don’t anymore. Appreciate the comment though!

Moved to the internet section.

Even if you don't keep their service, I would still go with a BBB complaint on this one. That is a very bad situation all around and don't want to to fallback on your neighbor for something out of their control.
