Migrating to ATT FIBER from ATT DSL causing email suspension and trying to unsuspend it.

I recently migrated from ATT DSL to ATT FIBER.  ATT claims they attempted to contact me that my DSL would be terminated, but I have no record of it.

Before the fiber installation my original email was "suspended".  I contacted them and was told about their attempt to contact me and that the email could not be unsuspended until I migrated to fiber.  So, I migrated and I still can't access my email.  I have literally hours on the phone attempting to get the proper answers and solutions.  My calls to them have been dropped when they try to connect me with who they say I need to speak with, but I have not made any progress.  I have a legal pad of phone numbers I've been given by the ATT reps with no results, some have sent me in telephone number circles.  I've been without my email since Feb. 2, HELP!

I also recently migrated from ATT DSL to ATT FIBER, with ATT claiming that I should've received notice of my DSL would being terminated, however I did not.

I was eventually told that my DSL account was "suspended", but once witched to FIBER I would be able to keep my original @bellsouth.net email account. So, I too migrated and still can't access my email.  I have also spent countless hours on the phone attempting to get the proper answers and solutions.  My calls to them have also been dropped when they try to connect me with who they say I need to speak with.  I have gotten absolutely zero results from ATT, I've been sent in telephone number circles and one rep even told me that I'd have to take up the issue with "my email provider".  And I've also been without my email since Feb. 2, and desperately need HELP!

Thanks,

But I have done this twice and haven't received any reply.  Zero response.

It can be a week before someone calls you back. Other option is to call customer care and ask them to issue escalation ticket with a team handling email accounts.

Thank you for your time, but you see, I've spent hours on the phone to customer service both holding for a rep and talking with no results, only answers that seem an attempt to appease me, not even considering the numerous times I've been disconnected when they are supposedly transferring me to someone who knows something and I have been polite each time.  Not only do they seem to be the least competent department, it is very frustrating to talk to them when they sit in a room full of other reps and the background noise of their conversations is overwhelming to sit and listen to and try to understand the person you're speaking with, especially with their indian accents. I can't express the frustration, not of just no results, but of the irritation of trying to speak to them. If they're not sure of the answer why do they not offer to escalate then and there?
