Move Internet Service
I have called 4 times trying to get my internet switched over to my address. I am being told there is a conflict that doesn’t allow it to move over until 06/08/2024. I need internet ASAP since my spouse works from home. I tried calling last Wednesday on May the 29th to get it switched over and it was delayed over a week. Every time a call in I’m not offered a solution. The customer service has been very kind but my problem still exists. I am to the point where I have reached out to Spectrum to have a quicker install. This is a last resort since I do enjoy ATT’s services. If someone could please help me find out how to get internet into my home quicker I would greatly appreciate it. Even if I have to cancel and then start a new one. Any solution besides using a hotspot would be appreciated.

The "conflict" is likely the previous resident's service still being active until 6/8. If they don't change that date, then AT&T won't be able to install.
If you need home internet ASAP, you should find a different provider.
