New Gateway set up fine but Smart Home App is showing I need to still set up Gateway & No WiFi Network
The new Gateway set up went fine & the Smart Home App updated with the new info. Unfortunately, seconds later the Smart Home App switched showing I need to still set up Gateway & No WiFi Network. On the AT&T website it shows it can't connect to my equipment/internet. I am using an Orbi RBR50 router. I unplugged the Orbi and restarted the Gateway but that didn't fix the problems with the Smart Home App. I went through the Smart Home App set up process multiple times trying to see if it would fix the issue but when it gets to the end of the process, it says no name for the WiFi Network name and no password for the Network password.
I appreciate any assistance. Thank you in advance.

New gateway on existing service. The Smart Home App and the online website is now showing my wifi info, so it must have fixed itself over night. Thank you.

SHM used to have some wacky logic for what they display (e.g., display "Set up gateway" for a replacement gateway until the old unit is returned).
That may still be part of the problem.

App manufacturer could help sort out the connection glitches.
