New service request

I am building a new home that does not have internet service for any carrier. I have tried multiple times to talk with general customer service, new service account reps, field technicians, technical support and Chat. What does it take to get internet service into an area that is not an established community? There are over 30 potential customers in my area that all want high speed service. There are fiber lines within 3 miles from my new home. AT&T owns the LAND line in front of my home. The different customer service representatives tell me it is impossible until AT&T make a strategic decision to extend fiber and high speed to that area. I have called other high speed carriers, they tell me they cannot come to the area because AT&T owns service area which impedes any other carrier from providing service. Can someone provide customer service by telling me what, how, or why we cannot get high speed internet service extended to our area? If AT&T will not let any other carrier in the area then they should be willing and able to provide service.

I replied to your private message. True to AT&T customer service experience I have heard nothing. Can someone at AT&T provide me with some positive level of response, courtesy, and care about my request?
