Old Resident Still Has Service Turned On- I Cant Transfer Mine

Old resident hasn’t cancelled at my new apt. Customer service cannot transfer my existing service. We’ve called them five times and no answer. What do i do?

Keep calling until you get someone who knows how to get around that problem.

OR,

This may be worth a try, when you give your address, (for sake of example lets say your address is 123 Main St., Apartment A), Say your Address is 123 Main St., Apartment A, Room B

When the technician calls or arrives explain the situation. Eventually the other customers account will close for non-payment or they may actually cancel.
