Rain Problems

We have had several techs come out because our WiFi constantly goes down. When it is wet outside or raining, we basically have none. Plus out telephone line goes out. We are a business that depends on the internet and phone. This has been going on for years and no one seems to know why. The bill gets paid every month but yet the crappy service stays the same. There had to be something wrong with the wires outside or something. No one wants to take the time to check. Very frustrated!

I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  This has been a problem for years!  I have had several repairmen tell me it is because the telephone lines are being breached by the rain causing the outages.  I have complained many times to no avail.  Never get a credit for all the outages either!  Finally had my landline disconnected because the static was so loud, it was impossible to carry on a conversation.
