Rave review for MARTIN MOSS from AT&T

Last week we switched from Comcast/Xfinity to AT&T fiber internet which was recently installed in our neighborhood.  The problem with Xfinity is we would randomly lose our connection even though when I checked online, there were no outages in the area.  I ordered the AT&T internet online and made an appointment for installation.  Two installers arrived on-time and put in all the necessary cables inside and outside.  Unfortunately they hadn't been provided with a cable that was long enough to run from the AT&T fiber box across the street to our house.  So the guys left the new AT&T gateway on the desk next to the still connected Comcast modem. Two days later, during a heavy rain/thunderstorm on Saturday morning, AT&T repair guy MARTIN MOSS, came to the rescue with the needed cable.  Due to the torrential downpour, Marty had to do the cable splicing in his truck.  Afterwards, Marty contacted me to assist in disconnecting Comcast and connecting AT&T. He was very helpful and committed to getting us up and running that day on AT&T by guiding me through the steps.  AT&T should be very grateful to have an employee like Marty.  Because when I ordered the AT&T internet it included "professional installation" and the fact that because we have a large house, extenders are needed to ensure all rooms are connected, I opted to wait for an installer to do the job.  Beatrice came to do that and it was a good thing that I waited for her because getting the smart tvs connected woud have been challenging for me.
