Screen freeze up and ATT Wireless Router WAP WAP WAP !

I am just venting here on the service technician check list.    You ATT guys are missing something important to fix this issue.      I was having my screens freeze up on my TVs that used wireless router.     Twice I went throught ATT service technicians to resolve.    Load current version of software and Reboot was the recommendation in both cases.    However, the problem still was occurring.    The REAL solution was moving the WAP  box to the middle of the house !     Wireless Access Point box should never reside next to the Gateway.    My lazy installer should have known this.   My first 2 technicians on line should have asked this question.  A wireless Range Extender is NOT the answer either (the extender helps with Laptop and cell phone wireless connections, but not your wireless Router !!!   )
