Service

ATT has THE WORST customer service and service! You thoughtless folks sent a salesman to my house this morning rather than the technician I desperately need. Seriously what are you thinking, I've had no internet for a week you keep messing up appointments and you've compromised my private data, oh yes let me give you my cell phone business too????  Do you think I'm stupid, you have not earned my business at all.

I canceled my service after the tech didn't show up. Y'all have some serious work to do regarding staffing and customer support. Just an awful experience altogether.
