Set up not loading
I’ve been stuck on the smart home manager app where it’s saying “getting you set up now, may take up to 30 minutes.” the bar has been stuck around 30% for hours and it hasn’t moved a bit. please help!! this is really frustrating.
i’ve already connected the wifi box to the wall and the lights are on, so i know that it’s connected to the cords correctly. i don’t know why the set up bar is not moving.

Did you get this issue fixed? We just got ours set up yesterday and we are having the exact same issue. They said they need to send a tech
