Speak to a live agent
I have been trying to get a live person that speaks fluent English on the phone for 2 hours. The last 2 people I have talked with are clearly by the sound of the background noise in a very busy call room and can't answer any of my questions. He said he can't find my account by the phone number or account number and wants my login and password. Very shaddy. They called me from the live chat feature. Anyone know how to get a live person that is in the US on the phone?
I hate AT&T. Terrible customer service!

I finally got someone on the chat side that was able to help me. In 10 minutes, she had everything set and answered all my questions. Remarkable that 1 person can do what 3 people in god knows where were not able to do in 2 hours.
