They keep cancelling my appointments

I have been waiting for them to fix things since July.

They keep cancelling my appointments and they gave me the wrong package and now I have no internet service and they are charging me for services I didn’t order and services I am not getting

 

I had made my first appointment for July 20 

They made me wait at home all day and never should up 

I called after the appointment window, they told me that

someone will show up the next day, I waited all day, but nobody showed up. 

Nobody called to say that they are running late or that were not going to show up

That same afternoon I went to the physical store and they couldn’t help what a surprise there.

They said that they don’t know why it was canceled that they will need making a new appointment 

 

The new appoint was made for August 1 

they assure me that someone will show up 

Surprise surprise nobody showed up. 

I gave them a call again they said that they were 2 blocks away

So, I waited but nobody should up

I gave them a call again

At this point I was getting very upset because nobody seems to be taking things seriously nobody called me to say that they are running late or that were not going to show up

At this point they got me wasting my time and money

4 days that I could off been at work

 

I went back to the store and they tried calling someone to find out what was going on.

They assured me that somebody was going to show up on the 16

This time someone did show up

But they installed the wrong package something I didn’t order

The guy at the AT&T store sold me 100 downloads 100 uploads

They give me 25 downloads 5 uploads

 

I called them again and they couldn’t tell me what was going on

Somehow, this time they sold me uverse Internet and TV

They gave me an appointment for August 21

A guy showed up, but he couldn’t install the TV for some reason

Another day wasted.

He also showed up an hour late

The next day the internet stopped working

I have no internet service right now

 

I called AT&T again they gave me yet another appointment for Friday 24

I waited all day, and nobody showed up.

I called them again on Friday afternoon

They told me that they haven’t picked up my ticket yet that they will tomorrow

I waited again the next day all day

Nobody showed up

Nobody called to let me know they were not showing up.

I called them again Saturday afternoon

The guy on the phone who claimed to be a supervisor was extremely rude

Telling me that there was nothing he could do but to reschedule me for August 28

At this point I know that nobody is going to show up

Nobody is going to take responsibly

They gave me the wrong package

And I have no internet service

Nobody is going to compensate me for more than 10 days of waisted time waiting for them

 

At least 2 people I know have left AT&T for the exact same reason

Terrible customer service

Nobody seems to be on the same page

Nobody knows anything

They are selling services they don’t have

They make appointments they can’t keep

They lie to you

Their physical stores take forever to get in and get out

But they have no trouble taking your money

 

I have been with AT&T since they acquired singular

I currently have 4 phones and directv

If they don’t make this right I will be forced to cancel everything and move somewhere else
