unburied wires not addressed after months of attempts

There is an unburied wire I reported months ago, should I just cut it? It's a dangerous condition on my property. If it's not buried it's going to be cut by landscapers and I don't want my neighbors to lose Internet because of at&t negligence to timely address exposed wires. I can't get a hold of anyone and they never come to fix the wires. If I cut it at least they will see the wire isn't buried and is out of easement?

File an FCC complaint if nor channels aren't responding.

hate to say it but the quickest response you will get is if you chop it. Somebody dropped the ball for sure.

There is a complete wire laying on top of ground to the users home? If yes follow the wire and talk to the subscriber, they should be the one reaching out to ATT Buried Center to have the wiring buried.

I have seen where copper wiring was placed then the customer canceled their service as it was too slow compared to local cable service they had.... therefore the burial request was canceled as service was cancelled.

@videodrome2022 Poor advice. An FCC complaint goes to the office of the president and usually gets a positive response in a few days.

it may be poor advise..but as far as speed of getting problem fixed a customer without service usually gets a wee bit more attention. Or a nice (Edited per community guidelines) when some ones kid trips and cracks their head. People leaving wires not properly buried it a problem as old as time.
