U-verse speed test good, but pages take forever to load.

I have U-verse High Speed Internet Pro up to 3 meg down, and speed test shows 3.8 down.

My pageloads have always been slow (about 8 months now).

Teck has been out to check and rewire - did no good.

Here are my numbers from modem.

Any ideas?

The stats look decent, the only thing that stands out a bit is the FEC errors, but who knows how long those have been collecting for. Most of the RGs we use can handle about 100 FEC errors per 15-minute block, assuming it's performing correctly.

So if those numbers are from a few days, weeks, months of data collection, it's nothing to worry about. Can reset them by clicking the erase data button, or by doing a full factory reset of the modem (which will knock out your services for a bit, and bring all settings back to factory original).

Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes 3rd party extensions can muck up a browser.

You need to check with your tech experts ufo. The RGs can handle up to 100 FECs per minute/6000 hour.  See this post. Second comment. He's one of the best.
