What is the method of installation after moving?

Hi. I'm chaeyun lee. I recently got the package. But there were just only 2 wire. I didn't get any equipment like device or getaway. I cannot connect internet. And last friday, i got a call that technician will come to house. But nobody came to house. I'm very inconvinent. I hope to resolve this problem. Please see the attachment i got.
