At&t owes me money

At&t lied about instillation, then claimed I didn't return equipment. Plus charged additional fees when I cancelled service. How do I mediate this matter to get these fake charges of my collections

Hi There @jspirit19,

 

We understand that there are some incorrect charges on your account.  We do want to look at those. Now since you have stated that your account is in a collections status, then the only place that will be able to resolve this, will be our Credit and Collections office. You may reach them at 1-800-960-2081. All you need to do is to provide your account number and verification of account ownership and they will be able to do the research to get this cleared up.
