fiber opics pricing

My local Office called & told me once fiber optics was available at my address i'd get a call. Noone has called. I went to my local ATT Store, not a Authorized Retailer. The Rep said flyers were sent out, if i had the flyer or promo code i could use it to get a promo price. I have not received a flyer. Without either i can't get the promo prices. I have chatted, called & messaged ATT, no one is aware of any promo offer. They all want to sell me the high price plan. Every Rep says at the start they will assist. Well they don't. I no longer have the # to call about fiber optics, the sigh is gone now. Does anyone know what the promo price is & how to get it?
