Lied to and not helped

I was promised a $200 gift card, significantly reduced bill, and a free phone after paying for tax. I spent 3 hours on the phone today and no one helped me, worst of all the manager. I asked her to help me file a complaint and she expressed annoyance with me for asking her to remain on phone with me while I did it since I kept getting different or incorrect information and good thing I did because she gave me the wrong info initially. I didn’t even want a new phone but got it because the rep said it was free. I said I wanted to return the phone because I don’t want to pay $900 for a phone I was told was free but she said they sent me written docs with this info but I couldn’t access them because the rep also messed up my info and address and I couldn’t access my account but I trusted the rep anyway so why would I dig into a doc when a rep told me it was free. 

I’m an honest person. I’m an adolescent psychologist who works with suicidal teens. I was also promised fast internet, and my very sensitive sessions with these clients are interrupted often by poor signal on my end. I was failed and mistreated badly by AT&T. You owe me a phone call to make it right, don’t just send a form message with a number to call. Given my experience trying to reach the right person, I’m understandably never calling you again except to cancel which I don’t have the emotional bandwidth or time to do today seeing that I tried to resolve this for three hours this morning and got nothing. Ps - I would NEVER post my phone number online but this is how desperate I am and how awful this was.

Ps2 I also never received the gift card or reduced bill. I was completely lied to. They say their calls are recorded so all they need to do is access the call. I can’t believe I was lied to, stolen from, and no one would help me. I’m speechless. This can’t be legal.
